Hugo came into our home from a breeder. He is 5 years old and is kennel trained and some what house trained. He will go to the door when he has to go to the bathroom. I do not leave him alone in the house. He is great with children 5 and older. He doesn't do well with other dogs. When we got him we were told he was great with all kids and dogs unless he was being dominated by other dog. We have a child that is 2 and he can't walk next to him without being growled at and that is why he is needing a different home. He loves car rides and walks.

|Rescue Me ID: 16-04-28-00104Marvel (male)|
Here is Marvel. He is a pure bred Olde English Bulldogge. He is not short like a traditional English Bulldog. He is about knee height to an average woman. He is current on shots and at his last vet visit weighed 100 healthy pounds. He is just 4 years old and has been a member of our family straight from the litter. He loves to play and run in his backyard. He's often chasing bunnies around. He loves fireworks and the snow and is very protective of his property and home. He can sit, lay down, high five, and shake on command. Though he doesn't much like to be told what to do. He really shows an Alpha type personality and doesn't much care for the children in his life. He currently has a cat brother and they get along okay, though he does try to boss the cat around too. Marvel would do well in a home that does not have young children. Marvel thrives on attention from adults. Teens would be fine too. He would not do well in a home with someone who can not physically handle a 100 pound dog. If the door bell rings you can expect he will need you to physically move him to another area so you can greet guest or just get your delivery pizza ;) *We will not rehome him to a family with children under 10 years old. Please do not inquire if you often have children in your home under 10 years old. (Less)

Bulldogs can make good pets in Nebraska if they match your IifestyIe. The English Bulldog is a stocky breed with an intimidating appearance, but is one of the gentlest types of dogs. However, the Bulldog does have excellent guarding instincts. Bulldogs love human attention. Some bulldogs have a dominant streak and need a master who is firm and exudes leadership. Bulldogs do well with children and make great family pets. Bulldogs can live in an apartment but need a daily walk. Energy levels of Bulldogs vary widely but the breed is relatively inactive indoors. Bulldogs are prone to health problems and tend to slobber profusely.
