    Jemma is a one year old pittbull/bulldog mix. She is roughly 80lbs, is energetic and loving. Owners cannot keep her because of financial reasons. Pros: Great with people of any age, House Trained, Up-to-date on all vaccinations, Spayed, Knows basic commands (sit, stay, paw and lay down), is crate trained for those that need to leave her unattended at times -she enjoys sleeping in there, is extremely sweet, gets along with most dogs (big dogs) Cons: Needs to be walked with unfamiliar dog in order to be okay with them, needs basic leash training, needs chew toys and exercise given high energy I am willing to provide a leash, collar, ...     Stanley is an Olde English Bulldogge and has been my dog since he was 8 weeks old. He went to college with me, and has lived with my wife, her pug, and me for the last 9 years. He loves males and has lived with a small pug for quite a while. He's stubborn in that he doesn't like to go out when you want him to go out, he'll let you know when he's good and ready.     Bulldogs can make good pets in New York if they match your IifestyIe. The English Bulldog is a stocky breed with an intimidating appearance, but is one of the gentlest types of dogs. However, the Bulldog does have excellent guarding instincts. Bulldogs love human attention. Some bulldogs have a dominant streak and need a master who is firm and exudes leadership. Bulldogs do well with children and make great family pets. Bulldogs can live in an apartment but need a daily walk. Energy levels of Bulldogs vary widely but the breed is relatively inactive indoors. Bulldogs are prone to health problems and tend to slobber profusely.
